Coach TK leads us through track workouts! Meet up time is 6:15 PM but run locations can often change, however meet up is generally at Badger Ridge Middle School. Check our socials for up-to-date information. All paces welcome: TK will get to know your fitness before giving you your workout splits, rests, etc. See you there for some speed work!
